    一、公司产品结构及特点
    公司已形成年产1500套利用污水制取再生水设备、5200吨高分子玻纤复合材料型材、20万平方米高分子玻纤复合材料门窗及护栏的规模。高分子玻纤复合材料型材及门窗具有节能保温、隔声抗噪、轻质高强、耐腐蚀、耐候性好、寿命长等特征，因其优越的性能被中国南极泰山科考站选用；污水处理设备具有能耗低、运行费用低、耐腐蚀、重量轻、使用寿命长、自动化程度高、污泥量少等优点，被国家发改委和环资委第6号文列入鼓励扶持发展目录，同时被列入山东省重点领域首台（套）技术装备和东省科技惠民示范工程使用产品。
    二、科技创新能力
    公司采用自主研发和引进国内先进技术相结合的策略，依托清华大学、青岛理工大学和山东省科学技术研究院等高等学府的多名专家为技术后盾，并和海南大学签订了产学研合作协议，聚集了专业研发人才30余人，其中研究生及以上学历8人。公司成立了“天畅环保高级科技专家顾问团”，聘用10名国内行业知名专家作为顾问团成员，以两个技术研发中心和重点实验室为平台，从事科技研发。目前公司共申报专利有16项，已授权专利10项，其中发明专利3项。
    三、产品销售收入情况
    公司产品销售情况稳步增长， 2013年销售收入15707万元，利润3470万元，实现税收171万元。预计2014年可实现销售收入突破2亿元，利润5000余万元，可实现税收300余万元。同时公司不断扩大产能，满足市场需求，现已开工建设二期生产线，总投资1.68亿元，厂房建筑面积30200万平方米，新增生产线100余条。项目建成投产后可新增销售收入1.5亿元，新增安置就业人员660余人。
    四、公司未来规划
    根据公司规划，2013-2016年，公司要持续扩大型材及门窗的生产能力，使型材的年产量达到18020吨，门窗的年加工能力为140万平方米；年加工污水处理WA罐体5200套，采取多种方式不断开拓市场，不断增加市场占有率，到2016年，节能门窗产品在省内市场占有率达40%以上，全国市场占有率35%。污水处理设备产品在占领山东污水设备市场的基础上，向其他省份重点城市推进，省内市场占有率达30%以上，国内市场占有率达20%，形成较大的市场竞争优势。2014年实现销售收入2亿元。五年内确保年均销售收入增长21.5%以上，到2016年，预计实现销售收入6亿元。山 东天畅环保工程有限公司将成为国内规模较大，技术领先，市场占有率高的高新技术企业。
