高效脱色絮凝剂为集脱色、絮凝、降解COD等多种功能于一身的高分子化合物。主要用于染料厂高色度废水的脱色处理，适用于活性、酸性和分散染料等废水处理，也可以用于纺织、印染、颜料、油墨、造纸、化工、焦化、养殖、皮革等工业废水的脱色处理。

【质量标准】：

1．外观：浅色和无色，粘稠液体。

2．粘度：（20℃）20—200CPS

3．PH：（30%水溶液）3-5

4．固含量：≥50%

5．密度：1.25-1.36

【使用方法】：

1、投加点：建议在沉淀池或气浮池前反应槽投加。

2、投加方式：按5-10%比例配置水溶液，用加药泵进行投加。

3、使用最佳条件：pH最佳使用条件为7-9。

4、投加辅助药剂及比例：废水的色度、COD较高时，宜将脱色剂与有机助凝剂（PAM）配合使用来处理，这样可以降低处理成本。药剂的投加顺序和投加比例应根据废水处理的实际工艺来决定。通常情况下是先加脱色剂，后加助凝剂。一般用量为50-500ppm 。

4、小试步骤：取几杯待处理水，调节pH至弱碱性（7-9），将本品稀释20倍，分别加入不同数量本品搅拌反应，形成矾花后投加PAM溶液，进行沉淀，根据脱色情况确定用量。

■ 安全：本品应避免与眼睛和皮肤直接接触。一旦接触，立即用大量清水冲洗，不可延误。人工操作应配戴防护眼镜和防酸手套。

■ 包装： 25kg/桶，或按用户要求

■ 储存：室温、避光储存，保质期一年。
