公司生产的污水处理设备，采用活性污泥和生物膜复合式一体化技术处理污水。设备具有机动灵活，能耗低，适应范围大，使用寿命长，自动化程度高，污泥量少，便于运行管理等优点，2011年被国家发改委列入《当前国家鼓励发展的环保产业设备（产品）目录》。
公司生产的高性能玻璃纤维增强塑料门窗，具有轻质高强，耐腐蚀，使用寿命长和卓越的保温隔音性能。外观新颖美观与建筑外立面及室内装饰完美结合，具有深厚的文化底蕴和内涵。公司生产的玻璃钢门窗被评为行业“名牌产品”，获得了“建筑门窗节能性能标识证书”及“绿色建筑选用产品证明商标准用证”。2013年产品被应用到“中国南极泰山科考站”，经受住了极端恶劣环境的考验，还被应用到青岛“世园会”内的景观建筑及大量民用建筑中。
公司采用自主研发和技术引进相结合的策略与青岛理工大学、山东省科学院生物研究所等高等院校学府开展产学研合作。聚集了专业研发人才30余人，其中研究生及以上学历8人。公司不断加大人才引进，2013年新引进12名专业从事新材料研究和环境工程研究的高端人才。2014年公司聘任请山东省科学院生物研究所、济南大学、青岛理工大学等高校的10名教授专家为公司高级科技顾问，结合公司的“山东省省级企业技术中心”、“枣庄市玻璃钢门窗型材工程技术研究中心”和“枣庄市环境工程技术研究中心”专业从事玻纤节能门窗工程技术研发和污（废）水处理设备研究和开发，使企业技术综合开发能力不断增强，创新能力和技术力量不断提高。
