耐火完整性
山东天畅环保科技股份有限公司生产的“玻璃钢耐火节能窗”是按即将发布实施国标GB 50016--2014,《建筑设计防火规范》对建筑中部分楼层外窗有耐火要求研发产生。
GB 50016--2014《建筑设计防火规范》（《高层民用建筑设计规范》与《建筑设计防火规范》合并）规定：6.7.7除本规范第6.7.3条规定的情况外，当建筑的外墙外保温系统按本规范第6.7节规定采用燃烧性能为B1、B2级的保温材料时，应符合下列规定： 
除采用B1级保温材料且建筑高度不大于24M的公共建筑或采用B1级保温材料且建筑高度不大于27M的住宅建筑外，建筑外墙上门、窗的耐火完整性不应低于0.50h;

天畅耐火窗耐火完整性达到1h.

注：门窗耐火完整性：在标准耐火实验条件下，建筑门窗某一面受火时，在一定时间内阻止火焰和烟气穿透或在背火面出现火焰的能力。

Fire integrity

The "FRP fire-resistant energy-saving window" produced by Shandong Tianchang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is developed according to the forthcoming implementation of the national standard GB 50016-2014, and the "Code for Building Fire Protection Design" has fire-resistant requirements for the exterior Windows of some floors in the building.

GB 50016--2014 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" (" Code for Design of high-rise Civil Buildings "and" Code for Fire Protection Design of buildings ") stipulates: 6.7.7 Except for the circumstances specified in Article 6.7.3 of this Code, when the external insulation system of the external wall of the building adopts insulation materials with combustion performance of B1 and B2 according to the provisions of Section 6.7 of this Code, the following provisions shall be met:

Except for public buildings with B1 insulation materials and the building height is not more than 24M or residential buildings with B1 insulation materials and the building height is not more than 27M, the fire integrity of the doors and Windows of the external walls of the building should not be less than 0.50h;

The fire integrity of Tianchang refractory window reaches 1h.

Note: Fire integrity of doors and Windows: under standard fire test conditions, when a certain side of a building door and window is subjected to fire, the ability to prevent flame and smoke penetration or flame on the back fire surface for a certain period of time.
