2014年6月18日，枣庄市经信委主持召开了山东天畅环保工程有限公司承担实施的2011年国家项目 “活性污泥一体化污水--再生水处理设备生产”项目竣工验收会议。该项目投资总额6640万元，采用活性污泥法和生物膜法两种生物化学污水处理工艺,完成有机污染降解、二次沉淀以及脱氮除磷等全过程,实现达标排放,可以充分发挥两种工艺的优势,产生协同效应,提高设备的容积负荷。该设备具有重量轻、耐腐蚀、耗电量低、污泥量少、占地面积小、可模块化组建等优点。形成年产1200套活性污泥一体化污水--再生水处理设备的生产能力，可新增销售收入3亿元，利润3900万元，税金2100万元，具有良好的经济和社会效益。

On June 18, 2014, Zaozhuang Economic and Information Commission chaired the completion acceptance meeting of the 2011 national project "Activated sludge integrated sewage - recycled water treatment equipment production" undertaken by Shandong Tianchang Environmental Protection Engineering Co., LTD. With a total investment of 66.4 million yuan, the project adopts two biochemical wastewater treatment processes, activated sludge method and biofilm method, to complete the whole process of organic pollution degradation, secondary precipitation and nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and achieve standard discharge, which can give full play to the advantages of the two processes, produce synergistic effects, and improve the volume load of equipment. The equipment has the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, low power consumption, less sludge, small footprint, modular construction and so on. Form an annual output of 1200 sets of activated sludge integrated sewage - reclaimed water treatment equipment production capacity, can increase sales revenue of 300 million yuan, profit 39 million yuan, tax 21 million yuan, with good economic and social benefits.
