案例简介：
自从1984年开展南极科学考察以来，中国已在南极建立了长城站、中山站、昆仑站三个科学考察站。其中，长城站和中山站是常年科学考察站，分别位于西南极南设得兰群岛乔治王岛和东南极拉斯曼丘陵地区；昆仑站目前是度夏科学考察站，位于南极内陆冰盖的最高点冰穹Ａ地区，是南极海拔最高的一座科学考察站。2013年，国家在南极内陆腹地——伊丽莎白公主地将新建一座夏季科考站，命名为泰山站。泰山站今后不仅将成为中国昆仑站科学考察的前沿支撑，还将成为南极格罗夫山考察的重要支撑平台，进一步拓展中国南极考察的领域和范围。
泰山站位于东南极冰盖伊丽莎白公主地区域，海拔高度2621米，距离中山站522公里，距离昆仑站715公里，距离格罗夫山地区85公里。自然环境极其恶劣，年平均温度-36.6℃，最低温度-64℃，最高温度-8℃，雪下温度-36℃；年均风速6.5米/秒，最大风速60米/秒。作为我国南极科考的重要基地，泰山站得到国家有关部门的高度重视，最终选用的建筑材料标准非常严格，必须适应素有“寒极”之称的极端环境。在门窗的要求上更是严格，除了要求外门窗的抗风压性能为7级、气密性能为6级、水密性能为4级、保温性能K＜1.2W/（m2·K）外，还要求门窗材料适应极寒环境的要求，不能存在低温脆性。山东天畅环保工程有限公司依据极端环境的特殊要求，不断进行设计改进，确保提供给南极泰山科考站工程的门窗产品符合“质量过硬，节能环保”的目标，在激烈的竞标竞争中脱颖而出。2013年11月初，泰山站在上海工厂进行了合体组装（如上图所示），之后进行了分解装船。11月7日，随中国第30次南极科学考察队从上海前往南极。12月18日，中国第30次南极科学考察队中的泰山站队完成物资集结正式出征，奔赴距中山站522公里的伊丽莎白公主地，建设中国南极泰山站，同时也开启了天畅玻纤复合材料门窗远征南极酷寒地带的篇章。

Since launching its Antarctic scientific expedition in 1984, China has established three scientific research stations in Antarctica: the Great Wall Station, Zhongshan Station and Kunlun Station. Among them, the Great Wall Station and Zhongshan Station are perennial scientific research stations, respectively located in the West Antarctic South Shetland Islands King George Island and the Southeast Antarctic Rasman Hills area; Kunlun Station is currently A summer scientific research station, located in the area of Dome A, the highest point of the Antarctic inland ice sheet, and is the highest scientific research station in Antarctica. In 2013, the country will build a new summer scientific research station in the hinterland of Antarctica - Princess Elizabeth Land, named Mount Tai Station. In the future, Taishan Station will not only become the frontier support for China's Kunlun Station scientific investigation, but also become an important support platform for Antarctica's Grove Mountain expedition, further expanding the field and scope of China's Antarctic expedition.
Taishan Station is located in the Princess Elizabeth Land area of the East Antarctic Ice Sheet, at an altitude of 2621 meters, 522 kilometers from Zhongshan Station, 715 kilometers from Kunlun Station, and 85 kilometers from Grove Mountain region. The natural environment is extremely harsh, the annual average temperature is -36.6℃, the lowest temperature is -64℃, the highest temperature is -8℃, and the temperature under snow is -36℃. The average annual wind speed is 6.5 m/s, and the maximum wind speed is 60 m/s. As an important base for China's Antarctic scientific research, Taishan Station has been highly valued by the relevant departments of the state, and the final selection of building materials is very strict standards, and must adapt to the extreme environment known as the "cold pole". In addition to the requirements of doors and Windows, the wind pressure resistance of doors and Windows is 7, the air tightness is 6, the watertight performance is 4, and the thermal insulation performance is K < 1.2W/ (m2·K), but also the door and window materials are required to adapt to the requirements of the extremely cold environment, and there can be no low temperature brittleness. Shandong Tianchang Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. according to the special requirements of extreme environment, continuous design improvements to ensure that the doors and Windows products provided to the Antarctic Taishan research station project meet the goal of "excellent quality, energy saving and environmental protection", and stand out in the fierce bidding competition. In early November 2013, Taishan Station was assembled in the Shanghai factory (as shown above) and then disassembled for shipment. On November 7, he joined China's 30th Antarctic scientific expedition from Shanghai to Antarctica. On December 18, the Taishan Station team of China's 30th Antarctic scientific expedition completed the material assembly and officially set out to build the China Antarctic Taishan Station in Elizabeth Park, 522 kilometers away from Zhongshan Station, and also opened the chapter of Tianchang glass fiber composite doors and Windows expedition to the Antarctic cold zone.
